By engaging with Ennovaa Solar for solar EPC services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Scope of Work
Ennovaa Solar will provide engineering, procurement, and construction services as defined in your specific Project Quotation. Any changes to the system capacity or layout after the site survey may result in price adjustments.
2. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide safe and unhindered access to the rooftop/site.
The client is responsible for ensuring the structural integrity of the roof or mounting area.
Necessary documents for DISCOM approvals and subsidies must be provided in a timely manner.
3. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed, payments follow a milestone-based schedule (e.g., Advance, Delivery of Materials, and Final Commissioning). Delays in payments may result in a shift in the installation timeline.
4. Warranty & Liability
Solar Panels: Performance warranty as per the manufacturer (typically 25 years).
Inverters/Batteries: As per manufacturer terms (typically 5–10 years).
Workmanship: Ennovaa Solar provides a 1-year warranty on installation workmanship.
